Round of 32
#14 Seed: The 03/04 Gonzaga Bulldogs put on a spectacular regular season run, losing only to Number 1 seeds Stanford and St. Josephs during the pre-dance campaign.  These 'Zags were an amazing shooting team, with a young Adam Morrison starting to emerge alongside rugged Ronnie Turiaf.  They had the misfortune of meeting up with an inspired 10th seeded Nevada Wolfpack in the dance, and 10's have a history of knocking off 2's (8-3 margin after this upset) in the second round.  Cold shooting and foul trouble on the part of the Zags helped to drive-in the final dagger, ending an otherwise outstanding Gonzaga season under highly respected coach Mark Few.
