Round of 16
#1 Seed: The 2010/11 Ohio State Buckeyes were one of the great ball control teams of the 2001/11 digital decade.  Their assist to turns ratio was the a solid 1.6, particularly outstanding considering their point guard Aaron Craft was a freshman. Thad Matta combined a top rated recruiting class, highlighted by the #1 rated HS player Jared Sullinger, with Senior leadership David Lightly and Jon Diebler.  The result was the overall #1 seed of the NCAA March dance.  A cold shooting night by the Buckeyes, along with a clutch jump shot by Brandon Knight, resulted OSU's 62-60 loss to Kentucky in their sweet 16 matchup.  Sullinger, who put up 21 points and 16 rebounds in the loss to UK, bypassed big money to comeback and lead the Buckeyes to a Final 4 run the following 2011/12 season.
